If you’ve visited my blog before or follow me on Facebook , you know that My husband and I have been wanting to eat healthier but always feel like we don’t have the time.

That was until we jumped on to the Green Smoothie Bandwagon. Ever since I started drinking green smoothies I have lost weight and started feeling so much better!  I can whip up a smoothie for breakfast in less than a minute, which is perfect for crazy busy mornings.

Green Smoothies are an excellent way to get more nutricious dense greens into your diet.

Tropical Green Smoothie is a refreshing drink that is low in fat and full of flavor. A vitamin C powerhouse, this thick, tangy smoothie packs a nutritional punch, making it the perfect rejuvenator, whether enjoyed during breakfast or as a mid-afternoon snack.

Tropical Green smoothie  is a great starter smoothie for beginners and also perfect for a morning pick-me-up when you are fighting off  the Monday Blues 🙂Tropical Green Smoothie (3)

To make Tropical Green Smoothie you will need

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup apple
  • 1 cup banana

Steps

Blend spinach and coconut water until smooth. Next, add the remaining fruits and Blend all ingredients starting on low speed and working your way up to high until well blended, about 45-60 seconds total. Voila! Your Tropical Green Smoothie is ready

Green smoothies taste best when served immediately but can be stored in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator up to 12 hours. Fill the container to the top and seal tightly to minimize air exposure.
